We're Support Squad, and we provide IT support and web design specifically for small businesses. We started this company because we saw too many businesses being left behind by the tech world - overlooked, underserved, treated like ticket numbers instead of people. As systems get smarter and more complex, it's harder than ever to keep up and even harder to know who to trust. That's why we built something different.

Hello, I’m Oliver!

I’ve always been drawn to the systems behind the scenes - spreadsheets, code, workflows most people don’t want to touch. But in my pursuit of a life following that draw, I found another passion - helping people find clarity and simplicity in the systems they use everyday. I like making messy, frustrating problems feel manageable, and technology feel easy and useful.

I started my career in data and analytics, but I quickly realized that helping people understand and control their technology was where I could make the biggest impact. So when James came to me with the idea to co-found this company, we shared a similar vision: a place where IT support isn’t just reactive, but thoughtful. Strategic. Human.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me testing automations, tinkering with a new workflow, or figuring out how to make something more efficient, sometimes just for the challenge of it. I also love movies, board games, and spending time with my loved ones.

At the end of the day, I just want people to feel like they can breathe easier when I have their back. That’s what good tech support should do.

I grew up in Northern Virginia, and somewhere between solving tech problems and helping people get their systems back on track, I realized something—this work isn’t just about fixing computers. It’s about building trust. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in listening first, understanding the real need, and creating something solid—whether that’s a quick fix or a long-term strategy. My goal is to make technology feel approachable, human, and maybe even a little fun.

I’ve spent years in IT support and consulting, and I’ve learned that reliability and transparency matter just as much as skill. I take pride in being someone people can count on—whether it’s for a single project or an ongoing partnership. This isn’t just a job for me. It’s a commitment to showing up and doing the work right.

Outside of work, I’m usually watching movies, listening to music, hanging out with friends, or diving into the latest tech trends. I love learning how things work and imagining how they could work better. That curiosity is at the heart of everything I do.
